Welcome to XAN. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile experience, and any purchases made through them (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by [Legal Entity Name] ("XAN," "we," "us," "our"). 1. Eligibility

XAN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

3. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. XAN reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at its sole discretion.
Colors, prints, and textures may vary slightly from what's shown on screen due to display settings, lighting, and the nature of small-batch/hand-finished production.
XAN operates on a drop/limited-batch model — once a style sells out, restock is not guaranteed.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
XAN reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price applicable is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Payment must be made in full through the payment methods listed on the Platform (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or COD where available). Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment or COD verification.
In case of pricing/technical errors, XAN reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

An order confirmation does not guarantee product availability; XAN may cancel an order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued in such cases.
Once an order is placed and processed for dispatch, cancellation requests may not be entertained. Reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

6. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed; delays due to courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not XAN's liability.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier partner, though XAN will assist in resolving courier-caused issues.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before placing an order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the XAN name, logo, designs, graphics, photography, product artwork, and website content — is the exclusive property of XAN and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any XAN content without prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use of XAN's designs or branding, including counterfeit or replica production, will attract legal action.

9. User Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or systems
Upload or transmit any harmful code, malware, or disruptive content
Misuse the return/exchange process, place fraudulent orders, or abuse promotional offers

XAN reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or ban accounts engaging in such conduct.

10. Promotions & Discounts

Discount codes, offers, and promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, are non-transferable, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn or modified by XAN at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or products purchased, including but not limited to delays, product unavailability, or minor variations in product appearance. XAN's total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold XAN, its team, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

13. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (payment gateways, courier partners, etc.). XAN is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

15. Modifications to Terms

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
